听力和口语是相互促进的。听不懂句子的原因很多种。包括单词发音，词汇量不够（平时记单词的方式不对，要听音默写单词），没做笔记（听力速记）
根本上，要达到和老外交流的水平，首先要能听懂。因为说句子比听懂更难。
建议每天练习。早中晚，至少三小时，先熟悉这种感觉。
