072_关于Dataloader导入Record的创建时间及修改时间并允许owner是Inactive

 1、在User interface 中 启用 Enable "Set Audit Fields upon Record Creation" and "Update Records with Inactive Owners" User Permissions

 2、新建Permission Set 在 system Permission 中，启用Set Audit Fields upon Record Creation  & Update Records with Inactive Owners

 3、在使用 dateloader 时候  ，可以选择 Create Date 及 CreadBy Id
