HBase编程 API入门系列之put（客户端而言）（1）

　语法：　create table name , column family

　　　　test_table  是HBase的数据表名，f是列簇

　　为了后续的编程，我这里直接先手动创建最简单的hbase数据表。在代码里可以修改。
