1、File Not found 'DesignIntf.dcu'在Delphi 7~2007下的解决方法：
在Library中加入$(BDS)/Lib/ToolsAPI 的搜索路径。

2、File Not found 'Proxies.dcu'在Delphi 7~2007下的解决方法：
把uses DsgnIntf 改为 uses DesignIntf，并且在Package Requires列表中加入DesignIDE.dcp，该文件在$(BDS)/Lib目录下。
