1.资源不要使用后最好创建一个快照，不要关机，要释放。
2.使用xshell连接百度云，光在百度云网页上操作非常困难，复制粘贴网址都是个问题
3.用百度云进行pip安装时候，选择国内的镜像，不然速度只有几十k，
目前比较好使的源是https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
比如
pip3 install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple --upgrade tensorflow-gpu==1.8.0
很快，pip也一样
