    公司组织我们旅游,发了一包榨菜和一些面包作为早餐。榨菜我没有吃,拿回来正好做一个榨菜肉丝汤。下面是榨菜肉丝汤的做法:

原料:榨菜一小包、猪里脊肉150g,黄豆芽适量,葱1支,姜2片。

  制作:1、猪里脊肉洗净,切丝,榨菜洗干净,黄豆芽洗干净,姜去皮,均切丝;葱洗净,切末备用。

  2、锅中倒入适量的水烧开,放入姜丝、榨菜煮滚,再放入肉丝,然后放入豆芽,烧煮5分钟后,撒上葱末即可盛出。

    感觉做完汤的味道确实不错,就是肉的味道有点淡,我想下次先把肉腌制十几分钟估计肉的味道会更好一些。
