[Vs Code]Vue工具错误（The Vue Language Server server crashed 5 times in the last 3 minutes. The server will not be restarted.）

错误：The Vue Language Server server crashed 5 times in the last 3 minutes. The server will not be restarted.

在使用VSCODE的时候，因为电脑异常关机，重新打开VSCODE的时候，显示这个错误，错误导致我的vue类型文件无法格式化和智能提示。

Go to C:Userschris.vscodeextensionsoctref.vetur-0.9.3client and run npm install.
在相应的根目录下运行npm install。
