The virtual machine could not be started because the hypervisor is not running

一台崭新的机器, 装了Windows Server 2008 R2 x64. 创建了个虚拟机, 在启动这个虚拟机的时候遇到如下错误:

重启机器, 进入BIOS.

找到一个Visualization的选项改为Enable.
