解题思路

这是一道概率期望相关的 ( ext{DP})
首先 ( ext{Floyd}) 预处理一下两点的最短距离。
然后考虑如何 ( ext{DP})
我们设 (dp[i][j][0/1]) 表示当前处理到第 (i) 个时间点,申请了 (j) 次换地点,第 (i) 次没申请/申请的期望最小代价。
转移方程就是:

dp[i][j][0] = min(
    dp[i - 1][j][0] + dis[c1][c2],
    dp[i - 1][j][1] + (1.0 - p[i - 1]) * dis[c1][c2] 
                    + p[i - 1] * dis[d1][c2]
);
dp[i][j][1] = min(
	dp[i - 1][j - 1][0] + (1.0 - p[i]) * dis[c1][c2]
	                    + p[i] * dis[c1][d2],
	dp[i - 1][j - 1][1] + (1.0 - p[i]) * (1.0 - p[i - 1]) * dis[c1][c2]
