POJ 3104 Drying

题目大意

　　有 n 件衣服，每件衣服的含水量为 a_i 单位，每分钟自然脱水 1 单位，有一个干燥机，每次只能对一件衣服脱水，脱水量为每分钟 k 单位（脱水时不自然风干），问所有衣服全部风干的最小时间是多少？
分析

　　二分枚举时间。
　　PS：使用 cin/cout 不解绑，超时；解绑，1800ms；用 scanf/printf ，500ms。
