解决：Java调用.net的webService产生“服务器未能识别 HTTP 标头 SOAPAction 的值”错误

前些日子做项目，双方采用webservice的方式进行数据通讯，我用.net开发的webservice接口，对方用java+axis访问我的webservice。由于对方在调用我的webservice时，没有指定SoapAction，没有指定RequestNameSpace，所以请求时总是出现“服务器未能识别 HTTP 标头 SOAPAction 的值”错误。由于没有办法修改对方的调用方式，故只好从我开发的webservice上想办法解决这个问题。

经过一些尝试，发现如下办法解决了此问题，既修改我的webservice接口定义的一些属性，示例如下

第一步：在webservice类上加属性

[SoapDocumentService(RoutingStyle = SoapServiceRoutingStyle.RequestElement)]

public class Service1 :System.Web.Services.WebService

第二步：在webservice方法上加属性

[WebMethod]

[SoapRpcMethodAttribute(Action = "", RequestNamespace = "")]

public void NotifyStatus(int eventID,String sessionID,int res,String para1)

此 Web 服务不符合 WS-I Basic Profile v1.1。

请检查下面每个标准化声明是否存在冲突。请按建议修正冲突，或向 <webServices> 配置节添加设置，对整个 vroot 关闭 BP 1.1 一致性警告。

要对整个 vroot 关闭 BP 1.1 一致性警告，请从应用程序配置文件的 <conformanceWarnings> 节移除“BP1.1”值:
