python2.7安装PyQt4 步骤

1、请到pyqt的官网下载对应的pythone版本：

官网下载地址：https://sourceforge.net/projects/pyqt/rss?path=/

登录后如下图选择对应的版本号下载

2、点击运行exe 程序，一直默认安装步骤即可

3、验证是否安装成功，进入cmd命令
