解决问题的过程 帖子推荐使用此版本

这是干嘛用的？ Community Edition    ideaIC-14.1.4.exe  

答：社区版 提供最少的功能

有人推荐使用intellj +golang插件（虽然不是最佳实践，本着少装ide的原则尝试一下）

看了各种帖子（还有12年的），尝试了多种方法都没有搞成功，孟架构的说法是国内的帖子是误导的（有道理，这是必然的，没有官方的实效更新）
