安装

第一种情况的：

tar -xvf vcfools.0.X.XX.tar.gz
export PERL5LIB=/path/to/your/vcftools-directory/src/perl/
cd vcftools/ 
./configure	
make 
make install

第二种情况：

cd vcftools/ 
./autogen.sh 
./configure	
make 
make install

　

 使用

# 用vcftools软件将vcf格式围成genotype252.map和genotype252.ped两个文件
vcftools --vcf genotype_252_填补.hmp.vcf --plink --out genotype252
