Python.h: No such file or directory

在使用pip 安装软件的时候，出现了 Python.h: No such file or directory 这个错误，按照百度的 执行 

sudo yum install python-devel

反馈说明 nothing todo，因为这个是默认执行python2.7 的版本，但是pip 却是执行python 3.6 的版本于是执行下面命令

sudo yum install python3-devel
