rabbitMQ 在 windows 64位环境下无法启动(提示乱码)的解决方法

执行start命令时,提示乱码

解决方法:

Set the environment variable “RABBITMQ_BASE” to “c: abbitmq”, uninstall the service (rabbitmq-service.bat remove) and install the service again (rabbitmq-service.bat install).
