war文件不在tomcat 的webapps运行

其实很简单：修改在TOMCAT_HOME\conf的server.xml中的<Host name="localhost"  appBase="webapps"
            unpackWARs="true" autoDeploy="true">的appBase的值为你项目的.war文件所放的位置。这样再重启服务器，就OK
