断电重启以后 会出现2019-06-26_05:47:42.71382 HINT: If you're sure there are no old server processes still running, remove the shared memory block or just delete the file "postmaster.pid".这样的报错，意思有旧的pid存在，导致gitlab启动错误，
解决办法：rm /var/opt/gitlab/postgresql/data/postmaster.pid 后重启成功
