支持prometheus+lua haproxy 2.5 rpm 包

为了项目集成使用自己构建了一个包含lua 以及prometheus的rpm包（基于开源的，只是自己构建了下）

参考使用

listen stats

  bind :9000

  #option http-use-htx

  mode http

  http-request use-service prometheus-exporter if { path /metrics }

说明

官方19年那个文档是有问题的（模式变动，最好参考github 的readme）
