原因：gcc-c++没有安装
yum -y install gcc-c++

先把初始化数据的指定目录--datadir=date目录下的所有文件全部删除掉 在从新初始化。

5.报错现象
Starting MySQL...The server quit without updating PID file[FAILED]cal/mysql/data/Centos1.pid).
安装5.6的时候启动报错
解决办法：killall mysqld 说明有进程存在，我们没有关闭mysql就直接初始化数据库了。
killall mysql不能解决。必须killall mysqld
