possibly undefined macro: AC_MSG_ERROR问题

在centos6.9编译libexosip使用autogen.sh时出错，网上查找发现要升级一些工具

解决方案：现在centos7.0版本运行autogen.sh生成配置，在后在centos6.9上运行configure生成Makefile，正常编译。
