notepad++ 添加hex editor插件

1，到https://github.com/chcg/NPP_HexEdit/releases下载对应位数的版本；

2，notpad++ plugins目录创建HexEditor同插件名文件夹，把HexEditor.dll复制进HexEditor文件夹；

3，重启notpad++
