IE中无法下载的解决方法

全新安装的Windows Server 2003 使用IE下载东西时提示“This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator”大概的意思就是没有权限。
解决方法如下：
在运行窗口输入regedit，打开注册表编辑器展开至

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions

将NoSelectDownloadDir这项的值改为0，重启IE即可。
