给用户添加sudo权限

centos中默认创建的新用户是没有sudo权限的。

在文件/etc/sudoers中添加即可：

## Allow root to run any commands anywhere 
root    ALL=(ALL)       ALL
robin   ALL=(ALL)       ALL
