The main reporting options that PeopleSoft offers are:

| PS/Query | Online ad hoc reporting tool. Can be used with various report for-matters. |
| Crystal Reports | Versatile report formatter from Crystal Decisions Software. Using PeopleSoft’s Open Query, Crystal accesses all database platforms supported by PeopleSoft. |
| Excel | Query Link provides the ability to send queries from Query to a Mi-crosoft Excel spreadsheet. Your data is sent directly from your query into a predefined spreadsheet layout. |
| SQR | You can copy the Query-generated SQL statements into an SQR re-port using copy/paste commands. Use SQR for procedural logic and to update database tables. |
| OLAP | Online Analytical Processing is used to create reports and to ana-lyze data. OLAP can be used to create predefined report templates, for ad hoc analysis, and for what-if scenarios. |
PeopleSoft中提供的报表工具如上表所示。其中我使用的最多的是SQR和Qurey，目前正在看PS/nVision的介绍。
