R安装问题
R CMD INSTALL -l /data1/jhh/envirment/R/R_lib /data1/jhh/software/qvalue_2.10.0.tar.gz
问题1 ：
configure: error: --with-x=yes (default) and X11 headers/libs are not available
解决方法：
apt-get install libxt-dev
运行过程中又遇到了。。。
问题2 ： configure: error: libcurl >= 7.22.0 library and headers are required with support for https
解决方法：
下载curl进行安装，出现了问题，curl 没有https

问题二 ： curl 正常了，需要添加path
wget http://curl.haxx.se/download/curl-7.46.0.tar.bz2
tar -xvjf curl-7.46.0.tar.bz2
cd curl-7.46.0
./configure --with-nghttp2=/usr/local --with-ssl
sudo make && make install
echo '/data1/jhh/envirment/R/R-3.4.3/curl-7.47.1/lib' > /etc/ld.so.conf.d/local.conf
ldconfig
