在Appearance 中将Launcher icon size 调小。

gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.wm.preferences titlebar-font "Ubuntu Mono Bold 10"
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface document-font-name "Ubuntu Mono 10"
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface font-name "Ubuntu Mono 10"
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface monospace-font-name "Ubuntu Mono 10"
还有，如果你基本能看懂英文 还是英文的吧 好多软件不支持中文 上来都是乱码
