Branch management

In the pasted two days, I was assigned to create a branch for the Publisher Beta: which is based on the latest Track01, with a specified version from the Neutron main. Below are some learnings from this experiences:

Create the branch SPEC firstly

When the branch is specified, it is more easier to initialize the branch, and more easier to do the integration between the source and the target.

Try the best to ignore the vertical application(s)

In this application, we share the same framework with three other application, so we should exclude these vertical applications when introducing the branch to smaller our workspace.

When having questions, always ask gurus from the team

The deletion will be ignored when initializing a new branch.
