已安装好的 Eclipse IDE
help > install new software
打开窗口
输入地址 http://eclipse-color-theme.github.io/update/ 一直等，等到什么时候就不知道了，据听说国内很少有在退休的时候等到结果，我是这么做的
直接在浏览器里打开这个地址，可以看到如下信息：
点击 download this update site as a zip archive 下载 eclipse-color-theme-update-site.zip 文件，然后解压
再打开help > install new software，点击Add
点击Local按钮，选择解压后的update目录，然后再点Add，于是安装就愉快的进行了。 结束以后重启Eclipse， 于是我就有了这么多主题可以切换
