横向标签

IE6下Z-INDEX无效，则去掉元素的浮动。如做横向标签导航时，A标签的下面的线一直在，检查时候A有浮动

1、position:relative改为position:absolute；2、去除浮动；3、浮动元素添加position属性（如relative，absolute等）。
