LeetCode 28. Implement strStr()

Implement strStr().

Returns the index of the first occurrence of needle in haystack, or -1 if needle is not part of haystack.

两个字符串A和B, 在A中查找是否出现过B, 如果出现就返回第一次出现的下标, 如果没有就返回-1

用暴力的方法求解,假设A字符串长度为N, B字符串长度为K, 则时间复杂度是N*K , LeetCode的评价是
