安装torch1.0.0出现报错：undefined symbol: cblas_sgemm_alloc的解决方案

在py3.7上安装torch1.0.0出现报错：lib/libmkldnn.so.0:undefined symbol: cblas_sgemm_alloc

是MKL相关的报错。

需要安装MKL（注意版本）：

conda install mkl=2018 -c anaconda
