在arm开发板上mount文件系统的时候一直报错，在网上查了一下，大部分都说是因为UDP丢包严重导致，尝试之后也没有解决问题。
最后发现是arm开发板与其他人的板子ip冲突==
1.用arp -a查看IP与对应的MAC，发现mac地址与自己的开发板的mac地址不一致，初步怀疑是IP冲突

2.拔掉开发板电源，ping 10.192.242.252 ，发现网络是通的，基本可以断定是IP冲突。
