问题：Win10系统，点击此电脑右键管理和文件资源管理器出现了：该文件没有与之关联的程序来执行该操作。请安装应用,若已经安装应用,请在“默认应用设置“页面中创建关联。

参考：删除快捷方式小箭头导致的

解决：方法一：

　　　　win+R,输入regedit，分别在
　　　　HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTpiffile
　　　　HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTInternetShortcut
　　　　HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTlnkfile
　　　　中新建→字符串值，命名为IsShortcut

方法二：保存为.bat格式管理员运行。

start explorer

注意：如果还需要除去小箭头用下面的命令，用这个方法就可以避免错误了，新建一个文本文件，粘贴后另存为.bat文件，然后以管理员身份打开
