svn服务器搭建

1. svnserve -d -r e:mysvn  临时启动服务
2. sc create svnservice3  binpath= ""D:Program Files (x86)Subversioninsvnserve.exe"   --service -r c:svn" 作为系统服务

注意:--service两个"-"
