navicat连接centos7上mysql：2003-Can't connect to MySQL server (10060)

问题解决步骤：

1、参考http://jingyan.baidu.com/article/95c9d20dac9040ec4f75617a.html，发现是防火墙未关闭；

2、关闭并禁止firewall开机启动：

   停止：

systemctl stop firewalld.service

   禁止开机启动：

systemctl disable firewalld.service
