repo下载代码出问题

1. SSH下载代码，是本电脑的IP地址不对，需要用申报的IP地址去下载才可以

repo init -u ssh://lxwlw@git.unisoc.com:29418/platform/cus-manifest -b lxwlw/ivykit_uis8811_rls --repo-url=ssh://lxwlw@git.unisoc.com:29418/tools/repo.git

ssh: connect to host git.unisoc.com port 29418: Connection refused
ssh: connect to host git.unisoc.com port 29418: Connection refused
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.
