Lync联系人组有两种类型：
普通组： 组里面是多个手动添加的用户。根据目前的测试，没有发现普通组里用户数量的上限（但肯定不大于1000）。最多64个普通组。
DistrubutionGroup组：
这个组其实是添加一个Exchange DL，然后“展开”。这个组最大的展开联系人数通过MaxGroupSizeToExpand 这个设置，默认为100，最大为1000。参考： http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg398396.aspx DistrubutionGroup组默认最多只有10个，但是通过配置最多为64个。参考： http://ocsguy.com/2010/12/21/adding-more-than-10-distribution-lists-to-the-lync-contact-list/
