使用如下属性设置：

axFramerControl.ActivationPolicy = DSOFramer.dsoActivationPolicy.dsoKeepUIActiveOnAppDeactive;

注意：使用dsoframer控件需引用AxInterop.DSOFramer.dll、Interop.DSOFramer.dll两个文件
