　　在 Linux 上执行命令时，出现报错：Failed to set locale, defaulting to C，

报错原因

　　没有设置正确的语言环境。

解决方法

echo "export LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8"  >>  /etc/profile 
source /etc/profile
