完美解决Ghost镜像文件时出现"Encountered an NTFS Volume with a logfile that has not been flushed(536)"
事件描述：Win8系统，准备备份系统盘，使用Ghost11.02做C盘镜像文件，设置好后执行提示：”Encountered an NTFS Volume with a logfile that has not been flushed (536)"
过程：在网上查找了各种方式，包括CHKDSK /f 等等，也有说是非正常关机造成的，重启多遍无果。
解决：因为是Win8系统，有个特殊的快速启动设置，将这个设置关掉，故障提示消失了，Ghost得以正常完成。
关闭Win8快速启动功能：
1、打开控制面板，电源选项，单击左侧的：选择电源按钮的功能
2、单击“选择当前不可用的设置”
3、在下面的“关机设置”中，把快速启动关掉就行了
