1.TcxTreeList添加Bands；

2.对TcxTreeList中的Column所属band进行修改，通过属性Position --> BandIndex 进行修改

3.对Band的FixedKind属性进行修改

4.对分割线颜色和宽度的控制：TcxTreeList属性OptionView --> FixedSeparatorColor 以及 FixedSeparatorWidth 属性进行设置
