问题描述：

IIS和.NET Framework 4安装顺序，

先安装NET Framework 4后安装IIS，网站可正常运行。

后因扩展安装了IIS其他功能，网站报此异常

解决方法：

.NET Framework 4 重新注册一下

注册方法：

1. 运行cmd打开命令窗口

2.运行cd C:WindowsMicrosoft.NETFrameworkv4.0.30319 进入到该目录下

3.运行命令 aspnet_regiis.exe -i -enable
