用的Win7系统，今天打开WindowsUpdate，升级了几个补丁，然后安装了最新的IE11，结果发现VS调用WebApi的时候老报这个错误，Google之后没有发现任何有价值的东西。

然后开始检查IE浏览器的代理，发现是这个球德行：，去掉那个SB勾就可以了！
