关于spring项目报错：找不到元素 'beans' 的声明的解决办法

首先是spring.xml中引用地址错误，部分http://***写成https://***了。

其次是spring.xml中引入的版本不对，我用的4.1.3的，直接写

http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans-4.1.3.xsd 

这样是错误的，因为查看spring-beans-4.1.3.RELEASE.jarMETA-INF/spring.schemas发现只到n.n,不到n.n.n
