Update Progress(Time of error:……)

总是弹出Update Progress(Time of error:……)窗口

解决方法：

1：关闭 Progress窗口

2：设置 Window->Prefrences->General->Startup and Shutdown 

把Automatic Update Scheduler的钩去掉
