一.检查AppID,AppSecret是否正确

二.验证access_token 

http：GET（请使用https协议） https://api.weixin.qq.com/sns/auth?access_token=ACCESS_TOKEN&openid=OPENID

 三.拉取用户信息使用get请求

如果上面没问题,大部分都是这个错!
