General Application setting->configure send to connection
then i had to choose web application"http://exhv-7649/", specify a display name,and most important need send to URL.
when i write URL of the document center, but this wasn’t verified as a valid URL.
follow is solution proposal:
1.site actions->site setting->manage site features,i need to active content organizer
2.under "site Administration",there was the "content organizer setting" menu entry enable
3.click here and select need options, copy this URL which i need
copy & paste,work it done!
(routing to another location{ another site collection/ different location in the same site collection })
