注意一点的是：
1 .安装成功后使用 conda upgrade --all命令更新所有的包。如果存在一个新的Anaconda版本，不会去更新包，而是会显示warning，提示你去更新Anaconda的版本。
2. 这个时候用命令conda udpate -n base conda来更新包的版本
3. 更新完成后，再使用conda upgrade --all来更新所有的包，这个时间会比较长一些
