解决Connecting to 127.0.0.1:8118... failed: Connection refused.

这里是代理问题的锅

$ env|grep -I proxy

http_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:8118
ftp_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:8118
https_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:8118

我们需要把/etc/profile中的代理注释掉在进行 以下操作

unset http_proxy
unset ftp_proxy
unset https_proxy
